Responsibilities

Chefs

Prepares high-quality meals, develops menus, ensures food safety and hygiene, and maintains consistency in taste and presentation. Collaborates with kitchen staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences efficiently and creatively.

Responsibilities

South Indian Chef (Veg / Non-Veg)

  • Prepare authentic South Indian dishes
  • Maintain food quality, taste, and hygiene standards
  • Manage kitchen operations and food controls
  • Ensure timely preparation and service
  • Balance food quality and quantity

North Indian Chef (Fast Food / Chats / Veg / Non-Veg)

  • Prepare North Indian, fast food, and street-style dishes
  • Manage food hygiene and controls
  • Ensure timely service and consistency
  • Maintain both quality and quantity standards

Assistant / Kitchen Trainee

Assists chefs in food preparation, maintains kitchen cleanliness, follows hygiene standards, learns culinary techniques, and supports daily kitchen operations while developing skills to contribute effectively to high-quality meal production.

Responsibilities

  • Support chefs in daily operations
  • Assist with food preparation (cutting, pasting, chopping, etc.)
  • Ensure smooth kitchen workflow
  • Learn and adapt under chef supervision

Scullery / Dishwashing

Responsible for cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining hygiene standards, supporting kitchen operations, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace to enable smooth and efficient meal preparation and service.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize all kitchenware and utensils
  • Take out trash and maintain hygiene standards
  • Keep work areas clean and safe
  • Stock supplies and assist with store support

Food & Beverage Service

Provides excellent customer service, takes and serves orders, ensures guest satisfaction, maintains cleanliness, and collaborates with the team to deliver efficient, professional, and memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Handle food and beverage serving with care
  • Interact with guests politely and professionally
  • Manage food sales and upselling opportunities
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
  • Ensure guests feel comfortable and satisfied
  • Communicate effectively with customers

Transport / Delivery

Responsible for timely and safe delivery of meals and supplies, managing routes efficiently, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, handling orders accurately, and supporting smooth operations while ensuring customer satisfaction and reliability.
