ARTICLE 1: INTRODUCTION

Can pay via UPI, wallets, cards, or COD.
Vendors:
Payouts after deducting platform commission (weekly/biweekly).
Delivery Partners:
Paid per task with possible bonuses.
Commission:
Platform charges 15–30% from vendors.
ARTICLE 6: TAX & INVOICES
GST compliance for vendors.
TDS deductions where applicable.
Consumers receive digital invoice.
ARTICLE 7: CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Platform logos, design, and code are proprietary.
Vendor menus/images are used under a limited license.
Reviews can be moderated for abuse or spam.
ARTICLE 8: LIABILITY & INDEMNITY
Platform not liable for food quality, allergic reaction, or delay.
Users indemnify the platform for misuse or violation of terms.

DELIVERY COVERAGE:
Only to approved pin codes with real-time GPS
Orders may be canceled if out of range
